OUR TEAM AND OUR TECHNICAL LANDSCAPE
eComponents is an mixt Product and Tech team, organized into four technically autonomous squads. Each squad includes a PO, a tech lead, developers, and a tester. Two architects and two Scrum Masters also complete the workforce with a cross-functional role. We develop solutions for strong authentication and digitalization of payment methods. Our solutions are developed in C#/.Net and are hosted on the Azure cloud. Our source code, and our CI/CD pipelines are on AzureDevOps. We fully exploit the capabilities of the Cloud with the use of the latest solutions: Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure Container App, PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, Cache Redis,... YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS ENGINEER MANAGER

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.

Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Extensive experience in cross-functional development and technical leadership in large scale products.

Over 5 years of development experience (an early experience on payment and/or security mechanism is highly desirable).
