Job Duties: Develop and test, within an Agile scrum team, new policy enforcement functionalities in the traffic management microkernel using GoLang, Python, and C. Deploy F5’s cloud-native network function products in Kubernetes environments. Troubleshoot and debug technical problems within F5’s cloud-native network function products. Automate functional tests for new features at different stages of F5’s cloud-native network function products. Document software designs via functional specifications and other design documents. Research, investigate, and define new areas of technology to enhance F5’s product line. Telecommuting is an option.
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or closely related quantitative discipline, and six (6) months of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
Special Skill Requirements: (1) Go Programming Language, (2) gRPC and Protocol Buffers, (3) TCP/UDP, (4) Internet Protocol, (5) Algorithm Design and Analysis, (6) Advanced Data Structures, (7) C/C++ Programming, (8) Python Programming, (9) Public-key Cryptography. Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option. Special Skills can be gained through academic coursework, scholastic achievement, or professional experience.
Salary: $134,090.00 - $179,494.00 per annum.
