Job Description

HGA Engineering is seeking a talented and motivated Engineer to join our team in Biñan, Philippines. As an Engineer at HGA Engineering, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions, managing projects, and contributing to the growth of our organization.

• Design, develop, and implement engineering projects according to specifications and industry standards
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing of engineering systems and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
• Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations on project progress and results
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Stay up-to-date with the latest engineering trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and methodologies
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's professional development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (specific field relevant to HGA Engineering's focus) data/computed related courses such as COE, CompSci
• Proven experience in engineering, preferably in a related field
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
