Job Description
- SOP-based ticket handling for:
- Cloud infrastructure upgrades and maintenance.
- Cloud identity change management (compliance-related).
- Cloud network maintenance.
- Cloud system administration tasks.
Qualifications
Must have Skills: Azure DevOps (Capable), PowerShell (Capable), Kubernetes (Capable), Docker (Capable), Linux Shell Script.
Experience Level: 1-3 years
Required Skills:
- Linux/Ubuntu and/or Windows system administration.
- PowerShell and/or Bash scripting.
- Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
- AWS and/or Azure cloud experience (IAM, Networking, Compute).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with managed Kubernetes services (AKS, EKS).
- Technical writing/process documentation.
- Security patching/CVE remediation experience.
