JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
External Issues (COMP) Management
- Reviews, writes up or updates the 8D reports making sure it is complete and accurate
- Works with QME team and other support groups in creating the appropriate and immediate containment action for COMP issues.
- Reviews the 8D reports, specifically the action items to assess their effectiveness and adequacy in addressing the root cause/s of the COMP issue.
Customer Audit Management
- Coordinates with AMPI team during the preparation, actual conduct and post audit activities.
- Tracks and follows through action items from audit observations and/or findings to ensure closure.
- Provide data analysis support on customer audit findings.
Other Duties
- Creates, monitors and updates AMPI CIP that is being shared to selected customers.
- Creates presentations to help external customers understand the issue root cause and actions implemented.
- Support other group Quality Activity such as 5S, and other Quality or Company Programs.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Engineering Degree, preferably Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Mechanical, except Civil Engineering.
- Must have 2 years' experience in the semiconductor assembly/test or closely related industry.
- Knowledgeable in core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Basic & Advanced Statistics, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, Problem Solving Tools) and ESD fundamentals
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Advanced Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and other computer application.
- Good Communication Skill
- Knowledgeable in Assembly and Test Measuring and Test Equipment
