The Engagement Manager, Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain (FSC) will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction and execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSC initiatives within our organization. This individual will lead a team of professionals to ensure the successful implementation, optimization, and support of Dynamics 365 FSC solutions to meet our business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership, develop and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for Dynamics 365 FSC implementation and optimization.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align Dynamics 365 FSC initiatives with overall business goals and objectives.

  • Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Dynamics 365 FSC.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Define roles and responsibilities, set clear performance expectations, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

  • Drive team engagement and morale through effective communication, recognition, and support.

  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 FSC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Partner with dedicated project managers to manage project scope, risks, and dependencies, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable Dynamics 365 FSC solutions.

  • Establish and manage relationships with key client executives, stakeholders, and Armanino subject matter experts across practice.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, AX solutions.

  • Proven track record of success in leading large-scale Dynamics 365 FSC implementation projects, across client industries.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.

  • Client management experience with accountability for the establishment and expansion of executive-level relationships

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 FSC capabilities, architecture, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $230,000 - $311,200. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
