Job Description

• Facilitate daily standups;
• Interaction/spring planning meeting;
• Meet individually with team members and stakeholders;
• Analysis and reporting.
• Helps the team and the organization to apply agile methodologies in order to provide added value to the customer;
• Guides the team to become self-organizing and work in a multidisciplinary way.

Qualifications

• Scrum Master certification (PSMI or CSM);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Scrum Master role;
• Knowledge and experience in scrum ceremonies;
• Adaptability and resilience;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
