As an End User Support Specialist, you will play a key role in solving problems and ensuring we deliver an exceptional service. You will provide hands-on support to our customers and VIP's. You will have the opportunity to be involved in technology projects that help us to innovate and improve.
As an End User Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing first line technical support to end-users, Executive priority support - resolving hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as software updates, system backups, and virus scans to ensure the smooth functioning of all desktop systems.
- Assisting users with IT-related queries and provide training on various software applications and system functionalities to enhance user proficiency.
- Installing, configure, and deploy desktop hardware, operating systems, and software applications according to organizational standards and requirements.
- Diagnosing and resolve technical issues promptly, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Maintaining accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes in a ticketing system, and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a related Bachelor in Information Technology
- Have 3 yr of experience in Information Technology
- Have knowledge in ITIL foundation (Information Technology Infrastructure Library )
- Be self-motivated to deliver deadlines with minimal supervision
- Be able to collaborate and work productively as part of a team
- Have an analytical mind, great attention to detail and a passion for problem solving
- Be required to have your own Transportaion
