Your Role: End User Support Analyst
Join our ISIT team as an End User Support Analyst based in Sydney Olympic Park, delivering exceptional Level 1 technical support across Thales Australia sites. You’ll assist in supporting hardware & software in use across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in Level 1 support for desktop hardware, mobile devices, networks, servers, and software.
- Provide real time phone support
- Analyse incidents to identify and resolve issues.
- Maintain Knowledge Base articles and support Windows 10/11 platforms, Microsoft 365, and Office applications.
- Deploy, support, and maintain hardware, operating systems, and applications.
Your Skills:
- 0 - 1 years in a customer-focused technical support role.
- Knowledge of desktop and mobile device support.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and ServiceNow administration an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Clear communication and the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
- Driver’s license and flexibility to travel between sites.
Prerequisites:
- Australian Defence Security clearance (Baseline) or willing to apply for clearance through Thales Australia
- Australian citizen
