Job Responsibilities:
As End of Line (EOL) Technician, you will be part of the operations team, consisting of several technicians reporting to the Industrial Controls Engineer. Based on your experience and know-how, you will assemble/disassemble vehicles according to work instructions as well as develop the assembly process together with the manufacturing engineering team.
Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform end of line testing, failure analysis & rework for EOL stations
  • Support and improve manufacturing processes
  • Support Quality & Process team to improve procedures
  • Perform rework on offline vehicles
  • Support and participate in data collection
  • Lead incident investigation & implement counter measures
  • Report EHS concerns and workplace hazards


Who we are looking for:

  • Completed high school diploma or college degree preferred
  • Manufacturing experience in automotive preferred
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office
  • Technical background and analytical skills would be an asset
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop
  • Fluent in English


Your preferred qualifications:

  • End of line related experience in the automotive industry of 5-7 years.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed
