End Cap Operator 2
Location: Springfield, TN
Department: Fabrication (160)
Reports To: Isaac Tifase
Shift: 1st
Time: 4am-12:30pm
Job Summary: The End Cap Operator 2 is responsible for operating a variety of stamping, forming, piercing, drawing, and welding equipment to manufacture a variety of sheet metal parts. This role involves monitoring processes to assure proper application of Fabrication Quality standards. The End Cap Operator 2 must be a team player and machine partner when working a two-man operation and must know HMS transfer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of stamping, forming, piercing, drawing, and welding equipment to manufacture a variety of sheet metal parts.
- Monitor processes to assure proper application of Fabrication Quality standards.
- Work as a team player and machine partner in a two-man operation.
- Must know HMS transfer.
Qualifications and Basic Skills:
- Must pass Tech I evaluation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Steel toe shoes required at employee’s expense.
- Communicate clearly and concisely verbally and in writing.
- Able to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. on a repetitive basis.

- Quality Policy & Objectives – Once.
- Environmental – Once.
- Regulatory – Annually.
- Environmental Regulatory – Annually.
