Employer Services Representative

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Close 80%+ of inquiries within 2 business days each month, with 80% of inquiries resolved with a single touch to eliminate multiple employer touchpoints.

  • Build trusted relationships with employer contacts, educating them on self-service options to reduce escalations by 5% bi-monthly.

  • Maintain a monthly quality score of 90% or greater while assisting HR VPs, CFOs, brokers, and other strategic decision-makers with inquiries via email and phone.

  • Identify trends, educate clients on self-service, and assist with eligibility updates, including new hires, changes, and terminations.

  • Support HSA deposit timing, troubleshoot payroll file funding issues, EDI errors, sFTP issues, and overall account funding.

  • Develop expertise in Alegeus’ platforms and HRA, FSA, and HSA products, while supporting internal and external clients with escalations to protect the member experience.

  • Abilities: The ability to accurately and efficiently support local market employer groups, ensuring that we have referenceable and ‘green’ local markets, enabling growth within our local markets.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, engaging with employer contacts, senior management, and business decision-makers. Proficient in customer service center technology, including call center desktops, ticketing systems, and file management; experience in Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), or highly regulated markets such as financial services, investment management, or healthcare preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience preferred.

  • Location: Hybrid (Maitland, FL)
