The Emerging tech and Innovation Infrastructure, DevOps and TPM Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines for the Innovation labs globally. This role requires expertise in GenAI and DLT technologies, cloud and on Prem platforms, automation, security, and monitoring to ensure smooth development, deployment, operations & compliance to the technology governance. The Tech Lead will also mentor the DevOps and TPM team, establish best practices, and collaborate with development teams to optimize processes and meet the delivery goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain infrastructure solutions (Cloud, On Prem, Hybrid)
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of infrastructure.
- Manage clusters and container orchestration.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines using the organization tools
- Integrate with the tech teams within the organization to ensure smooth, safe and complaint implementation
- Collaborate with software engineers to improve development and deployment processes
- Manage HW resources and capacity.
- Ensure compliance with organization and industry standards
- Oversea best practice alignment
- Lead the Infrastructure & DevOps and TPM team and provide technical mentorship.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ experience in system engineering, Infrastructure and DevOps
- Strong experience with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in build and maintain infrastructure platforms and promote SDLC from POC stages to Production
- Hands-on experience with clusters management and containerization.
- CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance experience.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and observability tools
- Strong familiarity with emerging technologies.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
