As an Emerging Software Solutions Associate, you'll work closely with our Emerging Software Senior Manager and clients to deliver customized software solutions that fulfill the unique requirements of our diverse clientele. Your role will demand a blend of technical prowess for system integration and understanding of accounting concepts with and a flair for building client relationships through effective support and engaging presentations. Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:
- Assist with the implementation of Salesforce, Sage Intacct, and DataBlend, and other emerging software solutions for clients.
- Participate in the configuration and integration of software systems according to project requirements.
- Work closely with prospects, clients, and Emerging Software Senior Manager to understand client needs and ensure successful software adoption for the clients accounting/CRM processes.
- Collaborate with the core implementation team during the rollout of new solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues during and after the implementation phase.
- Help document processes and create training materials for end-users.
- Support the sales process by assisting in the preparation of demos and technical presentations for prospective clients.
- Contribute to internal knowledge base and stay updated with new features and functionalities of implemented software.
- Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
- Perform data migration, system testing, and validation tasks as needed.
- Engage with software vendors' technical support to resolve complex IT or accounting issues.
Education: Bachelors’ degree in accounting, computer science, information systems, or related field or a combination of education and directly related work experience.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in software implementation, preferably with exposure to Salesforce, Intacct and/or middleware products like DataBlend or Workato. Requires a solid foundation in accounting knowledge and concepts.
Salary Range: $78,000 minimum to $117,048 maximum salary range
