The EMEA Sales Manager, Business Development (Global Prepaid) will report to the President of Business Development (Global Prepaid). This position’s key focus will be to grow and maintain the global prepaid gift card business for Roblox in EMEA. The EMEA Sales Manager will be based in London or surrounding area and should be detail oriented and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the global prepaid gift card industry, as well as financial product reporting, and analysis. This person will lead the Roblox prepaid gift card business across EMEA with the primary goal of growing sales and profitability. 

Opportunity is a Full-time Contract position within London or surrounding region 

You Will: 

  • Work with the Global Business Development team, primarily based in the United States to maintain and grow key relationships within the EMEA region
  • Drive EMEA region prepaid gift card sales and revenue by maintaining or exceeding the quarterly quota plan
  • Take the lead for sales tracking, reviews, issue management, and strategy collaboration
  • Be the key communicator and point of contact for multiple internal and external teams
  • Handle account objectives with the support of the internal prepaid card team
  • Consult on project strategy based on industry and company knowledge
  • Analyze and adapt new strategies to react to changing business trends and legal requirements
  • Lead regular business reviews with key retail accounts in the region
    • Travel periodically to regional meetings
  • Mainly work within the EMEA time zone including weekly meetings within the Pacific standard time zone

You have:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and 5+ years sales management experience in the prepaid gift card industry
    • History of managing large scale gift card business and increasing annual sales and profitability. 
  • Proven ability to successfully achieve or exceed yearly sales quota
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and advertising metrics to make data-driven decisions
  • Demonstrated experience in managing global client relationships, including negotiating contracts, setting performance goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Excellent verbal, written, and executive level interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Proactive approach to identifying issues, finding solutions, and implementing changes to improve performance
  • Ability to work optimally within a team environment, collaborating with marketing, business development, product/eng development, finance, and tax/legal teams

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
