Job Description
Objective of the position:
Monitor salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic objectives and HR vision. The HR Controller monitors and analyzes Headcount, Employment costs and HR fees on monthly basis to ensure accuracy and quality of numbers and alignment with Finance FP&A.
Main responsibilities:

Maximizes return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.

Guides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Monitors and confirms financial condition by conducting audits and providing information to internal clients.

Prepares budgets by establishing schedules; collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.

Achieves budget objectives by scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financial data.

Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Complies with requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, filing financial reports, and advising management on needed actions.

Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Protects operations by keeping financial information and plans confidential.

Revises and approves budgets, cash forecasts and management financial reports

Responsible for managing compensation accounting & controlling activities
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in controlling
Languages:
- English - excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory
Technical & Functional skills:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of controlling practices and disciplines
- Excellent Windows Office knowledge, especially Advanced Excel
- Experience with Workday
- Cross functional and cross-country collaboration
- Excellent planning and project management skills
