As the EMEA Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, you will collaborate with Invesco’s global DE&I team to drive and implement our DE&I strategy across the EMEA region. You will play a crucial role in cultivating an inclusive culture that supports, encourages, and invests in our talented workforce, while supporting broader diversity initiatives set by Invesco’s leadership.
This role will serve as the primary advocate for our EMEA Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and lead DE&I efforts for our business units in the region. As a key member of the Global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team you will also work closely with EMEA HR leaders, the global HR team, and the senior EMEA executive team.
Responsibilities include:

Design and delivery of the EMEA DE&I strategy in alignment with corporate goals in coordination with the Global Head of DE&I and Invesco’s CHRO. Implementation involves carrying out the annual strategy in close collaboration with the DE&I team, the HR Senior Leadership team, and Invesco’s business leaders.

Developing and implementing EMEA Business Unit Scorecards in collaboration with senior HR leaders and senior business leaders. Our Business Unit scorecards allow our DE&I strategy to be granular and based on the needs of each business unit. The EMEA DE&I Manager will be responsible for creating, recommending goals, updating, and maintaining a scorecard for each large business unit in the region.

Managing all EMEA based Business Resource Groups (BRGs). A primary responsibility of this role is to provide strategic guidance and management of our BRGs (often called ERGs or Affinity Networks). These employee led groups are the foundation of our inclusive culture, and the EMEA DE&I Manager ensures the support and success of these groups. From budget management, strategic planning, event support, analytics support, and speaking support, the success of these groups relies heavily on this role.

Creating and presenting DE&I materials for senior audiences such as the executive leadership team (ELT), regional leadership teams, regional Boards, data reports, key facts library, and self-serve learning resources. Need strong experience in creating executive level materials and presenting at the executive level.

Providing quarterly updates on DE&I data to HR leads and business leaders

Driving the development of DE&I learning and development strategies in coordination with Invesco’s Learning & Development team.

Acting as a liaison for Culture Champions and supporting the Way We Work initiative, ensuring that DE&I is a part of Invesco’s culture at every level

Leading regional DE&I communications both internally and externally

Developing and implementing strategies for regional DE&I awards and recognitions (external)

Conducting monthly analysis of DE&I demographic data, trends, and reports

Identification and support of opportunities for Invesco to take external leadership roles in DE&I efforts in EMEA. Act as point person for EMEA based DE&I External Partnerships including the UK Diversity Project, Women in Finance Charter and Investment Association DE&I initiatives.

Integration of new DE&I thinking into the organization as well as highlighting and helping to respond to external requirements (e.g. government reviews and legislative reform).
What you can bring:

Proven direct experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in a matrixed organization. Proven track record of delivering DE&I solutions and programs with clear objectives, targets, timelines, and cost management

Experience coordinating resources and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment

Strong analytics background with the ability to derive insights from DE&I data and HR systems

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences

Resilient with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy
