Job Description
Sr. Software Engineer for the SW update domain will be responsible for analyzing requirements, designing, coding, testing and maintaining bootloader or firmware update of other components components.
Will support internal teams and will follow up software topics with suppliers and customer.
Qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Requirement Analysis.
- Clarify and agreement creation with different local and global teams.
- SW development and integration by using C(Structured Programming)/C++(Object Oriented).
- Experience with firmware udpate mechanisms
- Customer interaction (Fluent English required)
- Overall performance of the bootloader sw.
- Follow up third party suppliers for issue closure.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Excellent debugging skills.
- Diagnostic Communication Protocols (UDS)
- Hands on experience in Cybersecurity (Secure Flash, Secure Boot, HSM)
- Encrypt/Decrypt mechanisms for SW Development.
- Experience with complex Operative Systems Android/QNx/Linux
- UML Design
- Configuration Management tools (Git).
- Storage technologies experience (NAND, NOR…)
- Automotive Communication Protocols (CAN, Ethernet, etc.)
- Inter chip Communication Protocols (SPI,I2C, etc.)
- Unit testing
Desirable Skills:
- Debugging Emulators and flash programmers (Lauterbach and Renesas)
- Vector Bootloader configuration
