Job Description
- Coordinates requirements concerning tool-development (Flashprogramming / encryption / tuning protection / ASW-Container) and development environment (incl. SW-function-development).
- Coordinates HW-related SW issues.
- Supports in the implementation in CeaP (Celaya), in production and in shifting to other productions sites.
- Lead technical discussions with OEMs with support of development / series team.
- Analysis and implementation of software requirements, able to breakdown into tasks.
- Integration of assigned software components.
- Must collaborate with various disciplines (SW, HW, ME) in solving technical problems.
- Stablish and mantain contact with international development network (Germany, Austria, India, China, US).
- Training and coaching of other associates.
- Technical ownership of project platforms locally.
Qualifications
- Graduate from engineering degree.
- 4+ years of experience on design, coding, configuration, testing, and documentation of automotive products.
- Desired experience at system level: architecture, requirements and regulations.
- Requirements engineering : customer requirement analysis, requirment update in DOORS and rquirement delegation to function team.
- Communication and presentation as customer interface.
- Technical expertise and additional competencies, depending on the context of requirements.
- Understanding and application of compliance regulations and the compliance organization for the evaluation of the stakeholder requirement
- Willigness to travel (2x per month national / 3x per year international).
