We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Manager to join our team. If you thrive on creating engaging email campaigns, optimizing strategies for success, and turning data into meaningful outcomes, this role is tailored for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to design, execute and activate email marketing campaigns, ensuring precision and timeliness.
  • Work with 6Sense and Marketo to set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns. Your expertise with these platforms will be critical in delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize nurture programs, with a focus on converting leads to QLs with personalized messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. You’ll bring an experimental mindset to every campaign you touch.
  • Analyze and report on email campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives. Success is in the data, and you’ll help us uncover it.
  • Maintain sharp attention to detail, constantly refining processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing or marketing operations, ideally with hands-on experience in email campaign management and nurture program design.
  • Hands-on experience with 6Sense, Marketo, and email marketing platforms, especially in designing nurture programs.
  • A strong understanding of email analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting, with the ability to translate data into insights and action items.
  • Exceptional attention to detail—you don’t miss a beat and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • A collaborative mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and proactivity. Ability to manage several fast-paced projects at once.
