Jeff is a financial technology startup that addresses this issue. We build financial product comparison marketplaces that help consumers and financial service providers connect and increase odds of cooperation by the help of available data - largely digital footprint.
Our goal is to unlock financial services for the underbanked, with a clear focus on emerging economies that will drive the global economy in decades to come.
Launched in Vietnam in 2020, Jeff has grown into a 40+ people team across 6 countries.
To date, we have helped 9 million customers in Vietnam, Philippines, Mexico and Sri Lanka to compare tens of millions of financial products.

As we enter the next phase in our journey, we are looking for an Email marketing assistant. You will learn everything there is about Email marketing and other communication channels. You will be building marketing automation flows, producing content using AI and creating email campaigns from just an idea to analyzing results.

You will:
- Develop email content using AI, collaborating with creative teams to produce materials that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
- Conduct deliverability tests to maximize email performance and ensure optimal results.
- Schedule and send email campaigns with a high level of precision and responsibility to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes. Utilize A/B testing to enhance email effectiveness and user engagement.
- Analyze campaign data to uncover trends, insights, and improvement areas, and provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Investigate any declines in campaign performance, identifying root causes and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay informed on competitor communications and industry trends to spot new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure campaigns align with company-wide goals and objectives.
You have:
- A strong interest in developing expertise in email marketing, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry best practices, tools, and strategies.
- Analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- A marketing mindset that understands audience needs and can craft compelling messaging that resonates with target demographics.
- Foundational Excel skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and present data effectively to support campaign insights and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ensuring high standards in campaign planning, execution, and evaluation.
- A results-oriented approach with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt for continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness.
