Job Duties and Responsibilities
You will be part of the customer communication team that handles all the customer communication touchpoints. This role will be covering the DISH and Sling email and In App messaging using a variety of tools. You will be supporting the acquisition and retention marketing communications across a wide range of communication channels ensuring a consistent and integrated customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and editing visual elements, designing layouts, and producing high-quality graphics using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Figma
• Understanding how user experiences can be personalized based on user data
• Ability to anticipate user journeys and expectations
• Maintaining consistency in visual elements, typography, and spacing
• Managing multiple competing requests and deadlines
• Adapting to new tools, processes, and priorities
• Supporting the acquisition and retention marketing communications across a wide range of communication channels ensuring a consistent and integrated customer experience
• Handling customer communication touchpoints
• Working on email designs and working with the stakeholders to get approvals
• Building and sending email campaigns
• Updating email templates
• Tracking and reporting on communication performance
• Working with customer data to personalize communication content
• Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure alignment on email strategy

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from four-year College or technical school
• 2+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Design Tools: Experience in Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma is required
• Familiarity with Front-End Development: A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JSON is necessary
• Strong Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial to deliver polished and error-free user experiences
• Ability to Anticipate User Journeys and Expectations: A successful candidate should be able to think from the user's perspective and set up intuitive and seamless experiences
• Ability to Personalize User Experiences Based on Data: Leveraging data to tailor user experiences is essential for creating relevant and engaging interactions
• Ability to Manage Multiple Requests Simultaneously: The ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines is critical in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to Adapt to New Tools, Processes, and Priorities: Our streaming app and its capabilities are constantly evolving, and a successful candidate should be open to learning new tools, adopting new processes, and embracing changing priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: A demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year
