Responsibilities:

  • Review contractor's Job Hazard Analisys.
  • Review contractor's qualification documents
  • Inform any deviation on SOP’s from Project Engineering and EHS Departments. Support in the implementation of health and safety programs
  • Conduct, coordinate, and track various training to support company programs.
  • Conduct routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, company environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Maintain internal and regulatory reporting including data collection and reporting including but not limited to air, storm water and surface water discharge.
  • Maintain compliance with permits, government regulations and other industry practices.
  • Lead Contractor’s EHS Qualification Program by means of conducting weekly safety induction training for contractors, updating authorized contractor’s safety log, evaluating contractor documentation and certifying contractors authorized to perform activities at the site, issuing work permits, revising job safety analyses, and conducting field inspections.
  • Ensure compliance and update the EHS programs documentation.
  • Audit EHS Programs Inspections and Follow-up of correctives actions in the Inspection Action Plan
  • Assure the contractors machinery and equipment and ensures it complies with internal EHS requirements.

Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 10 years of experience working in pharmaceuticals EHS departments
