Job Purposes
-
To lead and maintain the practice of Haleon EHS & ENG standards and up-to-date.

To lead and support the activities of Alliance for Water Stewardship (AWS).
-
To lead and maintain systems of Site Fire-fighting/ Building inspection/CCTV & access control.
-
To lead projects such as Emergency drill/ergonomics/Sustainability(waste/waste water…etc) projects.
-
To lead and support any high severity duties such as Chemical Agent/Process Safety…etc.
-
To lead on Site Permit To Work (PTW) process and optimization.
-
To lead and support external or internal audit such as GMP/IBM/Taiwan local audit/AXA insurance.
-
Routinely review Taiwan local code up-to-date if any and be able to do safety related investigations and generate reports.

To hold EHS monthly council.
-
To maintain/input/update the data of Energy/Water/Waste/Waste Water/Contractor hours on EHS one and Taiwan local website if necessary.

To support on Site Contractor Management process.

To support Site food services and drinking water.
-
To deliver projects assigned by supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
-
Site sustainability projects: The execution of AWS projects/the reduction improvement on waste and waste water/to meet Taiwan local government requirements.
-
Site safety activities: to maintain Site fire-fighting system/Building inspection/CCTV & access control/routinely review Taiwan local code update/internal audit & check such as L1/L2/GEMBA/routine emergency drill.

High severity duties: Leading Site Process safety and support on other high severity risks such as Mechanical/Electrical/Construction safety…etc.

Haleon EHS & ENG standards review and update: To verify Site current practice aligned with company standards or up-to-date.

Site safety meetings/trainings/council: To coordinate and resolve any safety concerns raised internally and update the status during meetings or councils and also hold related EHS trainings to external/internal stakeholders.

Support on ENG/EHS SOPs and investigation reports: Be able to review and revise ENG/EHS SOP and to issue investigation reports and complete CAPA by using company tools.
Requirements
-
Occupational Safety and Health Management Personnel (乙級職業安全衛生管理員)
-
At least three (3) year experience with:
Experience in Environment. Health, and Safety
Experience in Pharmaceutical or related industrials
Engineering project support and execution -
Be able to use analysis tool such as 5-whys to issue investigation reports

A Bachelor’s degree or higher degree majoring in relevant engineering or scientific discipline

Good written and verbal communication skills in English which be able to complete tasks by own self
