What is this role?
As an Educating & Training Associate for Cirkul you will be responsible for training machine operators with our Work Instruction Modules while also ensuring those best practices are continued on an ongoing basis. Also, you will work with production managers and supervisors to maximize production in each department while ensuring proper procedures are being followed at all times.
What does an average day look like?
Driving Results: Train machine operators on the proper procedures using our Work Instruction Guides.
Taking Ownership: Maximize efficiency and productivity of their shift by ensuring work instructions are being followed at all times.
Making Decisions: Work on production lines to get a deeper understanding of operator duties and help drive the team to meet production goals.
Cultivating Relationships: Communicate with leadership, other facilities, and other shifts as needed.
Instilling Trust: Ensure appearance, workplace organization, and cleanliness standards are kept at all time.
Customer Focus: Drive and manage accountability for following policies, procedures, and standards.
C Shift: Thursday - Saturday with alternating Sundays, 8AM-830PM. Working only 14 days a month in a 4:3 rotating schedule.
What background should you have?
- Past experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Must have solid computer skills including experience working with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a training environment and managing accountability for completed training topics
- Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience
- Have a positive attitude, willing to work with multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) communication is preferred
