Your mission 🎯

Lead the charge in establishing Ultimaker as the go-to provider of STEM-focused educational technology solutions to schools across Europe for students in primary, secondary and vocational education. You'll develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies that connect our groundbreaking technology with educational institutions across Europe, building upon our proven success in other markets.


Your responsibilities πŸ’ͺ

Strategy Development & Execution

  - Map out the education landscape across Europe

  - Design and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies that drive adoption

  - Build and nurture a network of education-focused channel partners and influencers

  - Adapt and localize successful strategies from other regions to the European market


Cross-functional Collaboration

  - Work closely with global education teams to leverage existing success stories and best practices

  - Partner with regional sales teams to align education initiatives with broader business objectives

  - Collaborate with product teams to align our education proposition with regional needs

  - Team up with marketing to create compelling educational content and campaigns

  - Coordinate with customer success to ensure exceptional implementation experiences

  - Participate in global education strategy meetings to share insights and align initiatives


Business Growth

  - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the education sector

  - Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to refine our approach

  - Track and optimize key performance metrics for continuous improvement

  - Transform successful approaches from other markets into strategies that work for Europe

* 7+ years of proven experience in business development or channel management, specifically in education technology

* Deep understanding of education systems and STEM education

* Strong collaborative mindset with experience working across multiple regions and teams

* Proven ability to adapt global strategies to local markets

* Hands-on mentality, able to help with the creation of meaningful content

* Strategic mindset with experience in go-to-market strategy development

* Strong technical aptitude paired with excellent communication skills

* Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)

* Bachelor's degree in business, education, or technology (advanced degree is a plus)
