We’re seeking a highly motivated EDM Administrator to join our small yet friendly team in our beautiful Norwich office.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining Clarion Housing's incoming and outgoing post functions. Your key focus will be to ensure that all documents received are allocated to the correct team using the appropriate channel.
Having a working knowledge of GDPR is highly desirable as you’ll deal with confidential and sensitive information. Moreover, experience working in a high-pressure environment is crucial as this function is extremely busy.
If you have experience using scanning software and are proficient in MS Office and document control software such as SharePoint, we would like to hear from you. Additionally, you’ll have experience handling confidential information and working in a busy office environment. If you possess these qualities, we welcome your application.
