Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Build and maintain relationships with domestic 3PL partners.
• Manage existing and build new partner connections within our EDI platform.
• Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to monitor performance.
• Enforce KPI compliance and address bottlenecks.
• Communicate volume changes and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Negotiate pricing improvements to optimize costs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, IT, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in EDI integration or related roles.
• Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with EDI standards and tools (ANSI X12, EDIFACT).
• Experience with True Commerce or similar EDI providers is a plus.
