A quick run-down of the job

We are looking for an highly motivated Ecosystem Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in expanding our presence and increasing our brand awareness within the Solana ecosystem with the mission of making Li.Fi a key player. This role will be instrumental in unlocking partnerships, fostering relationships, and driving growth in the Solana ecosystem.


What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem growth strategy to increase our footprint within the Solana ecosystem, aiming to drive transactions, partnerships, and adoption.

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key players within the Solana ecosystem that will help us unlock new opportunities.

  • Engage and network with the community through events, meetups, hackathons, and online channels to strengthen relationships and position the company as a go-to partner within the ecosystem.

  • Work closely with our Business Development and Product teams to align efforts and ensure that our product roadmap is aligned to our partners needs.


What makes a good candidate

  • At least 2 years of experience working with Solana ecosystem

  • In-depth understanding & relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry

  • Strong network and active participation within the crypto and Solana space

  • Experience in interoperability markets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience as a public speaker in conferences engaging audiences

  • Strong ability to work well within a team and to be self-guided on a day-to-day basis

  • Experience with Hubspot
