As a Master Data Business eContent Expert your primary responsibility will be to manage and analyze master data related to the eCommerce operations of the company. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and consistent product information, marketing content such as images and copy, and customer data across various eCommerce platforms. This role controls the creation of the eContent for codes based on the product artwork and the eContent Initiative Brief. This role is responsible of contacting the agencies, briefing them to create the images and optimize product descriptions, ensure that agency deliverables meet the required quality and upload both to eContent Library making sure the data is reflected in an E2E process according to business requirements and delivering always right Master Data.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
- You will be responsible for maintaining master data related to products in the eCommerce systems while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- You will be responsible for contacting the agencies, briefing them to create the images and optimize product descriptions, ensuring that agency deliverables meet the required quality.
- You will have to implement data quality checks and validations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of master data.
- You will be expected to identify opportunities to streamline and optimize master data management processes. Propose and implement process enhancements to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and productivity.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, marketing, sales, and operations, to understand data requirements, resolve data-related issues, and support business initiatives.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree holder with a career interest in Marketing
- Up to 3 years of previous experience in eCommerce operations, master data management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Power BI is a plus.
