We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented eCommerce Administrator to lead and manage our eCommerce platform, which serves as the critical interface between our Dealers/Customers and Manufacturing team. As the cornerstone of all aftermarket transactions, the platform demands a strategic and hands-on leader to ensure seamless functionality, drive innovation, and maintain alignment with business objectives.

The eCommerce Administrator will oversee the platform's development lifecycle, validate new features, and ensure alignment with strategic goals while managing budgets and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze eCommerce site metrics and analytics by establishing both key metrics and dashboards which includes setting up reporting dashboards, monthly reporting, conversion goals and search behavior analysis.

  • Create and optimize relevant content in a way that helps visitors and potential customers find relevant parts and content on the eCommerce site. This includes management of key words that are relevant to products, landing page content backlinks to ultimately improve site loading speed.

  • Support the transfer and optimization of new product data to meet eCommerce standards including product naming, marketing description, product images, technical specs and/or notes, associated product, promotions, on-site search and product placement.

  • Responsible to test and validate all development functionality prior to deployment that is a result of the roadmap strategies identified.

  • Develop and manage tagging initiatives though Google Tag Manager. Leverage best practices so that behavior events and digital marketing efforts are measured accurately.

  • Support strategic direction for eCommerce roadmap.

  • Collaborate with Aftermarket leaders, functional leaders, and Business System Administrators to execute eCommerce roadmap

  • Responsible for the financial planning of statement of work agreements and managing e-Commerce spend to budget.

  • Develop and maintain eCommerce standard work instructions/processes and training materials.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:   

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer Science or related field.

  • Three (3) or more years of relevant experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with aftermarket or B2B eCommerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce systems and website functionality.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
