Transforming US & allied military capabilities with advanced technology.
The Role
As a Program Manager in Anduril's Connected Warfare division, you will oversee production and sustainment contracts, ensuring alignment with mission objectives while supporting cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing program execution processes, managing risks, and fostering collaboration among stakeholders to meet cost and performance targets.
Summary Generated by Built In

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

The Connected Warfare division provides the joint, time-sensitive, multi-domain, ubiquitous mesh ecosystem comprised of hardware, software, and partner solutions to solve mission command challenges. This resilient mesh powers applications and underpins Anduril's first-party capabilities, providing mission control to the warfighter and enabling real-time decisions at the tactical, operational, and strategic level of war. This open ecosystem enables disproportional impact by connecting every robot, human, and sensor across every domain—bringing together hundreds of thousands of geo-distributed end points; making Anduril the source of truth for any time-sensitive decision, transforming the way militaries close kill chains and enable mission autonomy, as well as encouraging 3P developers to build experiences within our connected mesh ecosystem.
As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Programs organization in the Edge Compute and Comms business line. You will support the Program Director in the execution of production and sustainment contracts for Anduril products, and/or development contracts for developing new products or product variants in the Connected Warfare family of systems. You will be accountable for significant aspects of Program success, including programmatics. You will support an integrated, cross-functional program team to deliver capability that exceeds warfighter expectations. Success in this role requires a systems and engineering mindset and rigorous execution skills. You must be able to deeply understand mission requirements, master technical concepts, identify key dependencies and trade-offs, assess and mitigate risks, align internal and external parties on priorities and expectations, orchestrate complex operations, and communicate clearly and consistently. You must be able to build lightweight process where required while maintaining outcome orientation and a bias toward action.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support overall program execution – ensuring Anduril is meeting cost, schedule, and performance targets and exceeding warfighter expectations.
  • Acquire an intimate understanding of program requirements and maintain open dialogue with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure engineering efforts remain aligned to mission objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective processes, tools, and metrics for program planning, scope management, risk management, and overall program execution.
  • Foster a “Team of Teams” culture amongst Anduril, external customers, and industry partners to align objectives, optimize processes, gather insight, and drive on-time execution.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment efforts to ensure seamless integration across multiple teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, test and evaluation, and operations.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, technology adoption, and innovation across functions to enhance overall performance and efficiency.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree (major in engineering, computer science, or related technical field preferred).
  • Proven program management experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains.
  • Adaptive and introspective, willing to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
  • Bias towards action: comfortable with setting and achieving goals in an amorphous environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Must hold a Top Secret Security Clearance.
  • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
