BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.
BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job Description
Our vision is to be THE software engineering partner for brake system in ASIA PACIFIC. We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of Chassic System Control divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions: Japan, China, ASEAN. We perform the end-to-end software development activities including all the roles like developers, testers, integrators, project managers and other special functions like functional safety and cyber security for our projects. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture.

As an Embedded Software Developer for Automotive applications (such as: ABS/ESP/Air Bag/Adaptive Cruise Control Electronic Control Units (ECUs), etc.), your main responsibilities include:
- Requirement clarification and analysis
- Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements
- Low and high level design for software modules
- Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems
- Debugging
- Tasks effort estimation
- Plan and perform software review
- Solve technical problems/queries
- Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries
- Coordinate/Integrate/Release Complete Software project
- Mentoring junior team members (for Senior levels)

Qualifications
- Major in Computer Engineering/ Electrical-Electronics/ Electronics-Telecommunication/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields
- Have at least 5 years of experience in Embedded software development
- Good in C programming language
- Task estimation, planning & scheduling
- Problem solving
- Time management, have strong commitment on delivery
- Hard work, willing to learn, able to adapt fast to work
- Good English communication skills
- It would be big advantage if you have:
- Automotive domain knowledge
- Experienced in Software Unit Test, Component Test, Integration Test
- Tool/Script development (VBA, Python, C#...)
- Knowledge on Configuration Management
- Experienced in Software Development Model (V-Model, or Agile…)
- Experienced in Software Review (Formal Review, Informal Review)
- Knowledge of CAN Protocol, AUTOSAR
- CANalyzer/CANoE know-how & CAPL programming
