Globally, Kuaishou is the second-largest short video platform by Daily Active Users (DAUs) and one of the top live streaming e-commerce platforms by Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV).

E-commerce
Kwai Shop is the e-commerce hub inside Brazil's favorite short-video app, Kwai! It lets users shop and sell right from the app, merging fun and shopping seamlessly. Influencers showcase cool products in live streams and videos, making it super easy to buy on the spot. It's an exciting, interactive shopping experience, riding the wave of the live commerce trend!
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and guide sellers on the Kwai platform in Brazil, oversee their progress and ensure target achievements;
2. Train sellers in operating platform stores, guide them in uploading products and create popular items;
3. Assist sellers in gaining exposure through content production (short videos, live streaming), either through self-created content or collaboration with Kwai influencers;
4. Support market research, conduct thorough investigations into market competitors, and provide sellers with advice on product selection, pricing strategies, marketing methods, etc., to facilitate business growth;
5. Assist in monitoring key consumer experience indicators such as merchant fulfillment, after-sales service, and positive feedback, aiming to enhance the quality of seller services.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in communication, proficient in both English and Portuguese;
2. Strong data analysis skills, self-driven, and responsible, with excellent teamwork and organizational communication abilities. Demonstrated commitment to personal growth;
3. Prior experience in e-commerce businesses incubation is preferred.
