We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Catalog Specialist to lead our Taxonomy area. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data management, project management,business intelligence, segmentation, and UI/UX on the customer journey. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and maintenance.



What you'll do:

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Work with the Commercial team to ensure the commercial priorities are contemplated on the product architecture
  • Work closely with data scientists and algorithm developers to ensure accurate and efficient data management
  • Collaborate with BI teams to develop and implement data visualization tools and dashboards
  • Work with segmentation teams to ensure customer data is accurately captured and utilized
  • Collaborate with product managers to ensure product taxonomy is accurately reflected in product development
  • Work with customer experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints
  • Manage platform development and integration efforts
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of BEES Link, Force, Care, and Expansion areas
  • Collaborate with external vendor responsible for data enrichment, to ensure technical accuracy of product taxonomy
  • Work with zones, markets and partners teams to ensure product taxonomy is accurately reflected in regional and global markets, managing the guidelines and guaranteeing they are met

 What You'll Need:

  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably with taxonomy
  • Strong understanding of data management
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teamsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
