We are looking for a Dynamics ERP Specialist to design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role involves gathering and analyzing data, overseeing third-party solution proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions to maximize business value.

Main responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational system requirements.
• Participate in design and prototyping sessions to improve financial processes and workflow efficiency.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing ERP systems and propose enhancements.
• Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
• Govern and validate third-party ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Support the design, development, and deployment of new ERP functionalities.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
• Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
• Develop financial models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
• Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.

Requirements for the role:

• ERP & Finance Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and business operations.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
• Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
• Ability to assess and govern third-party ERP solutions.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
