We are looking for a Dynamics ERP Specialist to design, develop, and implement efficient business, financial, and operations systems using Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). This role involves gathering and analyzing data, overseeing third-party solution proposals, and ensuring seamless integration of ERP solutions to maximize business value.
Main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business, financial, and operational system requirements.
- Participate in design and prototyping sessions to improve financial processes and workflow efficiency.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of existing ERP systems and propose enhancements.
- Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
- Govern and validate third-party ERP solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Support the design, development, and deployment of new ERP functionalities.
- Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
- Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
- Develop financial models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
- Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.
Requirements for the role:
- ERP & Finance Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting, and business operations.
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
- Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
- Technical & Analytical Skills:
- Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
- Ability to assess and govern third-party ERP solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
