Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Job Description

As a D365/PSA Developer, you are responsible for the design and implementation of Dynamics CRM /PSA technical solutions that support Fugro’s business processes. You will ensure the maintenance and update of the system in the business processes by customizing and configuring D365 CE to meet functional requirements. 

Your role

• You analyse requirements as defined by the business and documented by the business analysts and creates a functional and technical design for developments based on these requirement;

• You work with the Applications Architect to develop a fitting, secure and stable solution for the D365 CE configurations and customizations supporting the business processes. You also work closely with the manager operations, architects and project managers;

• You hand over the implemented solution to support and ensures that support is properly trained; 

• You ensure that Business analysts are properly trained in the configurations and customizations so they can educate the business users and assist with trouble shooting;

• You analyse requirements from the business about configurations and customizations of the platforms;

• You produce functional documentation, configuration manuals and support manuals;

• You troubleshoot incidents, performs core issue analysis and provides short term and long term solutions to incidents (to make sure that the same incident will not happen again) 

• You designs solutions for identity and security in cooperation with our infrastructure and security teams 

• You support with unit testing and with UAT testing by making sure that the test environments are available and that he/she can monitor the processes during the tests.

What you bring along

• You have completed a BSc or MSc in Computer Science and have relevant experience in an international project based company and/or related industries and/or top-tier IT consultancy companies in similar profiles;  

• You have strong product knowledge of D365 CE and integrating with other system using integration layers. You are also experienced with DataVerse, PowerApps (canvas apps) and PowerAutomate;

• You have strong technical ability with an understanding of C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Azure DevOps and project service automation solution, such as Unit4 PSA;

• You can establish, maintain and evolve concepts in continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for existing and new services; 

• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English . You also have the ability to understand high level business processes;
