We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Technical Lead/Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and leading the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and optimization of these platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class solutions that meet business needs and drive digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and IT strategy.
- Customization & Configuration: Oversee the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Model-Driven, Canvas, Portal Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Ensure that the platform is tailored to meet business processes and workflows.
- Integration (good to have): Architect and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, and other business systems (e.g., ERP, third-party applications) using Power Automate, Logic Apps, and custom APIs.
- Customization: Lead the development of custom plug-ins, workflows, and custom applications to enhance the out-of-the-box functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, guiding them through the design, development, and deployment phases of projects.
- Platform Governance & Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for development, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Performance & Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to optimize system performance, scalability, and user experience on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide troubleshooting expertise for issues related to Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other related technologies. Manage escalations and provide technical support to other teams
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Canvas and Model Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale projects in Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing custom solutions using Power Apps, including Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- In-depth knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation and business process automation.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and HTML for customization and development within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Experience with Power BI and SSRS for reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and its role in data storage and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Familiarity with API development and integration using REST, OData, and SOAP protocols.
- Experience with security roles and permissions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
