Job Title: DWS – Finance Senior Analyst (Business Management)

The Finance Senior Analyst (Business Management) - Associate is an individual contributor role directly reporting to the DWS Manila COO and will assist in the management of all aspects of COO-related topics for the local entity.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide support to the DWS Manila COO in the implementation and management of COO-relevant activities as may be assigned on a Business-as-Usual or ad-hoc basis;
• Coordinate with the Business Continuity Coordinator in the maintenance of Business Continuity Management (BCM)-related processes;
• Assist the DWS Manila COO in engaging the Global Real Estate team for all relevant GRE topics;
• Support the general procurement and sourcing activities to meet the requirements of the DWS Manila team, including responsibility in making sure that the Vendor Risk Management requirements are met for all internal and external vendors;
• Monitor and assist in the completion of all in-progress agreements, whether internal or external, of the DWS Manila entity;
• Assist the DWS Manila COO in the compliance with the Group Governance requirements;
• Perform coordination work for the conduct of the board meetings and Annual Shareholder meetings, including planning, logistics, external and internal communications (as may be delegated), and other relevant tasks;
• Assist in all external coordination on behalf of and in tandem with the DWS Manila COO on all topics impacting DWS Manila.

Your skills and experience

• Proven experience business management gained from the shared service or outsourcing industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all levels of the organisation
• Able to recommend process and control improvements where relevant
• Able to operate effectively within a global organisation working with teams across multiple entities
• Enthusiastic and results-oriented with proven ability to deliver results

• Open to midshift work schedule of 2pm to 11pm
