About the role:

Your daily tasks will entail:

Leading, coaching, and mentoring the team, including conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and team meetings

Ensuring all orders meet quality and lead time standards

Maintaining and improving established productivity metrics

Setting priorities and supervising team operations

Collaborating with other departments to ensure continuous production flow

Fostering continuous improvement principles within the department (Six Sigma, Kaizen, and similar methodologies)

Ensuring an open and feedback-driven team environment
What we expect from you:

Experience in team management

Strong written and spoken Latvian and English

Strong communication and time management skills

Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with different teams

Monthly salary EUR 1,600–1,780 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
