YOUR TALENT

We're looking for a dynamic, data-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’ve got at least 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, and you’re passionate about sports, retail, and e-commerce, this role is for you. You’ll bring your expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, and predictive analytics to help us grow the PUMA brand. Strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams are essential as you’ll be working with stakeholders from Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive actionable results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting: Develop and maintain real-time dashboards to track sales, inventory, and performance metrics like AOV, customer acquisition costs, and retention—ensuring PUMA’s goals are always in focus.
  • Forecasting: Create sales forecasts, leveraging data on seasonal trends and market conditions to ensure that PUMA's future is built on solid, reliable predictions.
  • Data Analytics & Insights: Dive deep into customer behavior and product performance analysis to uncover trends and optimize the customer journey, ultimately maximizing sales across our DTC channels.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work with cross-functional teams to define key business questions and translate complex data into actionable insights that will drive strategy and decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably in retail or e-commerce, with a passion for sports and the PUMA brand.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Power BI, and experience with tools like Emarsys, Google Data Studio, and Klevu.
  • Strong background in predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and CLV analysis.
  • Team player with a keen sense of urgency, ability to balance priorities, and a focus on delivering results in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
