【仕事内容】

・Valeo標準R&Dアプリケーション及び日本ローカルR&Dアプリケーションの導入/運用を情報システム部の立場からサポートします。

・Valeoのサポート体制は、下記となっておりこのポジションはLevel1 Site Supportに属します。

            Level1 : Site Support　（日本）

            Level2 : IT/SSC Support　（日本）

            Level3 : Group Support （フランス/インド）

・Level1 : Site Supportは、R&Dアプリケーションを日本のR&Dキーユーザー、IT(インフラストラクチャーチーム)と連携し日本の拠点（Site）へ導入展開します。

・キーユーザー/エンドユーザーからの改善要望、不具合対応の依頼を受け、Siteレベルでの対応を行い、必要に応じITC/SSC、R&D Group Supportと共に対応します。

＜主な業務内容＞

・Valeo標準R&Dアプリケーションのサイトへの展開

・日本ローカルR&Dアプリケーションの場合、IS/IT要件定義、関係部署と連携しソリューションの検討、必要な承認の取得及び実装

・不具合対応サポート

・各種アプリケーションのバージョンアップサポート

・インフラストラクチャーのバージョンアップサポート

・ライセンス管理状況のモニター

・社内ステークホルダーとの調整

・物理的にSiteにいることによりできる一般的なIS/ITサポート業務
