Documentation Specialist

Job Summary:

ProArch is looking for a detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of various documentation projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and improving workflow through effective documentation processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and provide high-quality documentation that supports our operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, write, and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create comprehensive documentation that accurately reflects processes and systems.
• Review and edit documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Ensure all documentation adheres to company policies and industry standards.
• Organize and manage documentation workflows, including version control and approval processes.
• Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure the content remains current and relevant.
• Assist in designing templates and tools that optimize documentation processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on documentation standards and tools.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices related to documentation management.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Documentation Specialist, Technical Writer, or similar role.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Experience with documentation tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Confluence).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices related to documentation.
• Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops is a plus.
