Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the Documentation Coordinator and Expeditor for industrial customers. • Finalize the vendor document index, determine appropriate submission dates, and manage timelines based on the commitments of cross-functional teams. • Collaborate with pre-sales, sales, engineering, vendors, and factories to schedule and discuss documentation requirements, ensuring all documents are obtained on time. • Prepare, review, and submit documentation to customers, incorporating any required revisions based on customer feedback. • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to track the status of material approvals and provide the necessary go-ahead for material dispatch or order release to vendors. • Ensure that all documents are approved by the customer pre-dispatch and that the advance shipment notice is issued promptly

• Work closely with the customer to address any variation or corrective actions required in documentation and ensure that all customer or consultant requirements are met.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in documents Coodination or operations with the industrial customer. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. • Proven experience in a documentation coordination or project management role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. • Strong understanding of document control processes, project timelines, and multi-department coordination. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
