JOB SUMMARY
- In this role you will wear many hats: Quality Inspection. Returns Processing
- Keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained.
- Assist in physical inventories.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities, procedures, and duties of other areas of the warehouse.
- Participate in physical inventories; perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, repacking and scanning as needed.
- Maintaining a safe working environment.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

- Assist in maintaining the security of the building and conduct all activities in a manner that promotes a safe environment.
- Must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to count accurately.
- 1-2 years supporting (on-line) Inventory or heavy merchandise Off-Loading
- This job is very physical, you will be unloading returned appliances, using a hard cart and dolly.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Dock Returns Supervisor processes information pertaining to merchandise returned to the Warehouse.
- Scans returns and prints return labels.
- Examines and compares merchandise with original requisition to record information such as quantity, type of defect and date on invoice or other forms.
- Enter return information into the computer.
- Prepare internal Furniture Return Logs and other forms for all returned goods and track all inventory transactions made through the returns process.
QUALIFICATIONS
The best candidate will have:
- Previous inventory or returns experience.
- Outlook, Excel, and Word skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as hand-trucks and dollies.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move 80-100 lbs. merchandise frequently.
- Ability to count accurately.
- Support 10 trucks daily.
