HOW THE YOUNG TALENT PROGRAM WORKS
Our DLG Young Talent Program is a full-time 12-month contract, which allows you to live a real working experience.
It will give you unique exposure and immersion into our diverse organization.

As a Young Talent Program member, you are a true team member, working on current team priorities, and being involved in every aspect of our activities and projects.
Right from the start, you will be given a challenging, hands-on role, working in a diverse, global environment.
You will be supervised and mentored with frequent reviews as part of a structured development program.
You will also be learning alongside brilliant people, with the resources and support to explore new ways of thinking and working – all in all, an unbeatable experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO 

As part of the Account Management Team, you'll have the chance to work with some of the world's most prestigious luxury brands, helping to shape and execute marketing strategies that will engage their target audiences and drive business growth.
You'll collaborate with a team of talented professionals, all committed to delivering high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.

  • Support the execution of mandates and the production of deliverables
  • Attend client meetings, be in charge of taking and sharing notes, and present certain deliverables to clients
  • Coordinate the work of internal expert teams: Creative & Content, Social Media, Data & Analytics, Performance Media, etc.
  • Coordinate the activities of experts
  • Maintain and update a toolkit of project documentation (e.g. client on-boarding, etc.)
  • Participate in other activities such as business development or marketing

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO JOIN OUR PROGRAM

  • To join our program, you must have recently graduated
  • At least 6 months experience in a Marketing agency, in SEO/SEA/Social Media Campaign / Growth Hacking strong understanding
  • Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 
  • Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail
  • Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills
  • Speak & write in English & French fluently
