What does the job entail?

  • You will work closely with the Distributor Operations Manager & Distributor Marketing Manager to ensure consistent and premium brand presentation, operational exellence, merchandising selection and marketing execution in each distributor partner market.
  • You will assist in managing the relationships with operations, merchandising and logistics personnel within each distributor partner’s organization.
  • You will provide exceptional customer service and support to each of our Distributor partners, with main focus in the LatAm and EMEA regions
  • Coordinating the international order book each season in partnership with our HQ and Asia Ops teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Americas and EMEA Distributors - relationship management
    • Oversee monthly Order Books
    • Support ad hoc inventory requests
    • Support SMU requests
  • Advocate Distributor requirements with Logistics Operations team
    • Will be fully versed in regional specific destination documentation requirements
    • Monitor and manage destination market compliance
    • Maintain all destination documentation requirements
  • Americas shipment (Peru/US) coordination
  • Weekly Invoice review
    • Support ASN resolution
    • Ensure invoices posted timely
  • In partnership with Asia teammate
    • Review/Track Weekly Reporting
      • advocate changes to better support EMEA Distributors
      • Delay communication
      • Sample Order confirmation
  • Monthly Buy Calendar/Order Form management
    • For all regional Distributors
  • Support marketing operations between the brand and distributors.
    • Asset management
    • Report consolidation
    • Partner requests coordination
    • Marketing calendar communications
  • Sell-in Artifact Support
    • Product catalog development and maintenance
    • Product information consolidation
    • Product change communications

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years working in a professional environment for an Internationally minded company.
  • You have the ability to both think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers.
  • Knowledge of global market compliance
  • Comfortable and excited to operate in an international environment, working to remove the ambiguity and establish scalable processes and ways of working.
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong cross-functional communication channels and relationships internally.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems/SAP a plus.
  • Passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in Allbirds' mission.
  • Spanish speaker an advantage

What do we offer?

In Office / Hybrid Schedule: The  pay range for this role is: $90,000 - $100,000 and must be performed in our San Francisco, CA corporate office. 

Allbirds routinely evaluates pay rates, and the ranges are subject to change based on market rates and other considerations.  We factor in a number of components when determining starting pay, including the job and level you are hired into, location, skillset, experience and peer compensation.
