You will manage the sales and operations execution (S&OE) process and are the cross-functional escalation point for S&OE decisions. You will achieve business results (revenue, cash, cost and service) by driving process efficiency and optimizing the decision-making process in daily operations, especially on conflicting priorities, and ensure cross-functional stakeholders are engaged.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Prepare and chair the weekly S&OE meeting, organizing insights from demand and supply planning, highlighting changes and risks, and presenting potential scenarios to resolve the demand/supply imbalances to deliver customer needs
  • Oversee the S&OE process-escalation triggers, participation guidelines, decision-making process, continuous improvement and change management
  • Seek consensus among all areas and clarity on decisions to be made and ensure that decisions are formally communicated and executed properly
  • Own the Case Fill Rate and OnTime In Full governance, reporting and RCA process by working across ISC and commercial
  • Provide projections for service and inventory in the 0-6 week-period based on S&OE execution

  • Experience in logistics, distribution, production/operations management, and/or supply chain management (in a fact-moving consumer goods area preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain execution
  • KPI management
  • Able to understand chain-of-event impacts in different sub functions of the supply chain
  • Effective communicator
