Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll lead engineering excellence, mentoring teams, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical leadership, set engineering standards, and mentor teams to achieve excellence.
- Design robust, scalable, and maintainable systems to tackle complex challenges.
- Influence technical strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and integrate emerging technologies.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish rigorous coding standards and implement best practices across the organisation.
- Contribute to the strategic technical roadmap, aligning engineering efforts with organisational goals.
What You'll Bring:
- Extensive software engineering experience with proven leadership in delivering complex projects.
- Strong expertise in Python full-stack development, and modern frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms such as AWS.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Gitflow, Bitbucket, and SonarQube.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
