Job Description
Lead a high performance team: Leverage actual team capabilities, develop new ones and support on projects design, sales and implementations.
New use cases development: Leverage Visa’s innovation, product and data capabilities to further grow our clients’ business by working together with the sales and product teams as well as the Visa Innovation and Data Science team
Product implementation and Technology projects: Support VMS team in developing new use cases related to product implementation support and technology projects, such as development of new products, implementation of Visa’s products and services into issuers, acquirers and merchants.
Standardize and scale: Help scale the function by shaping frameworks, methodologies, processes and required operational enablers to drive business growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners.
Performance Management & Reporting: Track and measure projects KPI’s. Analyze results, provide insights and foster a virtuous cycle of continuous improvement.
Collaboration: Serve as liaison with functional teams ensuring consistency and collaborative working environment throughout Visa’s local, regional and global groups.
Data Analytics and Descriptive Analysis: structure information in the most optimal way to accomplish and streamline ETL processes, as well as perform analysis to summarize business, portfolio, client and account level trends. Identify and inform opportunities.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
The Visa Consulting and Analytics team is looking for a high-performance individual to join its Managed Services practice and play a key role in developing and delivering high impact projects in Mexico and leading a team of high-performance individuals. The potential candidate will proactively engage with Visa Clients, by delivering, implementing and executing projects and solutions on behalf of issuers, acquirers and merchants. This person will develop initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
The Managed Services Director will support the design, implementation and execution of VCA’s recommendations for client’s on their behalf. This individual will shape delivery frameworks and methodologies and lead end-to-end implementation of customer lifecycle programs and campaigns, card portfolio solutions, product development/redesign projects, process improvements, and any enablement required to drive payment volume, revenue growth and efficiencies on behalf of our partners across the LAC region.
This role will combine commercial intelligence with Visa’s data assets, proprietary analytical solutions, cutting edge digital platforms, program capabilities, CRM best practices and partnerships to enable engaging interactions, optimized results and product enhancements.
The potential candidate will proactively develop and carry on innovative and value-added use cases ensuring a smooth execution across all program stages including design, planning, segmentation, targeting, offering, distribution, reward fulfillment and performance management.
